As managers of Senalala, we are fortunate to work alongside an incredible team of people who share our passion for wildlife, hospitality, and the African bush. While guests may know us as the faces behind the emails and reservations, the reality is that Senalala is the result of many dedicated individuals working together every day.
Over the years, our team has become much more than colleagues. We live together, work together, celebrate successes together, and support one another through life’s challenges. Some members of our team have been part of the Senalala family for more than 20 years, while others have joined more recently. Together, we share a common goal: creating an authentic safari experience where guests feel welcomed, cared for, and at home.
From the maintenance team who quietly keep everything running behind the scenes, to the housekeeping ladies who prepare each room with care and attention, every person plays an important role. Our front-of-house team welcomes guests with warm smiles, our chefs create the delicious meals that bring everyone together around the table, and our guides share their knowledge, passion, and love for the bush, creating the wildlife experiences that guests travel so far to enjoy.
Our approach has always been simple and unpretentious. We welcome guests into our home, and it is our hope that by the time they leave, they feel less like visitors and more like part of the Senalala family.
