Our rates include accommodation in a King or Twin Suite, two game drives per day, breakfast, lunch, dinner, and refreshments served on game drives. Guests also enjoy all house beverages, including local beers, South African wines, spirits, soft drinks, hot beverages, and filtered water. Guided bush walks can be arranged on request in place of a game drive and are subject to the availability of a qualified walking guide. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the lodge, and guests have full use of the swimming pool, gym, and all lodge facilities.

Our rates exclude flights and transfers to and from Senalala Safari Lodge, specialty or premium alcoholic beverages not normally stocked by the lodge, personal travel insurance, medical emergency evacuation cover, gratuities, and laundry services. The Klaserie Conservation Levy is charged separately and added to your invoice, while self- drive guests are also required to pay the Klaserie Gate Entrance Fee upon arrival.

Senalala accommodates a maximum of 12 guests in King suites and Twin suites. For larger family gatherings or groups of friends travelling together, the lodge can be extended to accommodate up to 16 guests in eight suites. King suites feature a king-size bed while Twin suites feature two three-quarter beds. All suites are identical in size and style, accommodate a maximum of two adults, and overlook the waterhole in front of the lodge. Each suite is equipped with air-conditioning, ceiling fans, and an en-suite bathroom with a bath, shower, and toilet. Selected suites offer flexible bed configurations to accommodate different guest requirements.

A 30% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. The remaining balance is payable 30 days prior to arrival, while exclusive-use bookings require full payment 60 days before arrival.

Should a reservation be cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival, the deposit paid will be forfeited. Cancellations received within 30 days of arrival will incur a 100% cancellation fee. All cancellations must be submitted in writing and acknowledged by Senalala. We strongly recommend that guests take out comprehensive travel insurance, as our cancellation policy is strictly applied.

Senalala welcomes children aged 12 years and older. Children aged 12 and older are charged the full adult rate.

Check-in is from 13:00, allowing guests time to settle into their suites before lunch, which is served at 14:00. Check-out is at 11:00 following breakfast. For guests making use of our transfer service, airport transfers are arranged around flight schedule, with collection and drop-off times coordinated according to arrival and departure flights through Hoedspruit Airport.

We are happy to accommodate most dietary requirements with advance notice. Please note that we are unable to provide Kosher or Halaal meals.

Guided bush walks can be arranged on request in place of a game drive and are subject to the availability of a qualified walking guide. The minimum age for walking safaris is 16 years, and participation is subject to the guide’s assessment of fitness and safety considerations.
